Nausea is practically my theme song. It’s one of the songs that I constantly find on what I informally call my “depression playlist,” and it gets so many things right. And many years ago, when I finally escaped Los Angeles to go to school in San Francisco, I was blasting X’s “Los Angeles” on the tape deck of my car as I made the trip.
